Job description

IT Services are responsible for all aspects of information-technology support and delivery across our University, providing a first-class experience to our students, staff and other stakeholders as they pursue their studies and work both on-campus and beyond.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Customer service?, This is your opportunity to join our Digital Workplace Service Team in ARU Peterborough, delivering a comprehensive digital workplace IT service, including onsite support in offices, teaching spaces, open access facilities and other operational spaces. With two A levels in relevant subjects, you will be proficient with a broad range of common computer hardware and frequently used desktop applications. Previous customer service experience is essential, while a familiarity with supporting users in a busy corporate-scaled network environment would be advantageous., In accordance with the UK Government's immigration points-based system, this post does not meet the characteristics of a skilled job including salary criteria to be eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker Route.
