Job description

Web & Funnel Design

Design and build high-converting landing pages, opt-ins, and sales pages.
Update and optimise existing pages across our Progressive Property / Success, Rob Moore and other sites.
Implement UX improvements based on research, analytics, and user behaviour. Website Maintenance
Work with templates, blocks, and theme builders (Elementor/OptimizePress).
Ensure cross-device responsiveness. Branding & Digital Assets
Create graphic assets for web pages, banners, event pages, and online promotions.
Maintain visual consistency across all brands UX & CRO Support
Assist in running and analysing A/B tests.
Suggest improvements based on user feedback, heatmaps, and analytics.
Support data-driven design decisions.

Collaboration

Work with marketers, copywriters, and the video/content team to deliver fast-turnaround digital pages.
Take direction from the Head of UX and support ongoing major redesign and development projects.

Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
Good design sense (layout, typography, spacing, hierarchy)
Experience with a website builder or CMS (WordPress preferred)
Familiarity with landing page builders (OptimizePress, Elementor, Leadpages, etc.)
Basic HTML/CSS/Javascript understanding
Ability to follow brand guidelines
Strong attention to detail
Proactive, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks
