Job description

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Global Service Systems, the Global Service AgentForce Developer (SalesForce) is responsible for designing, build, and operationalizes Salesforce-native AI agents that streamline service workflows across our global organization. You'll partner with Service, Sales, and IT to deliver secure, compliant automations (e.g., case triage, knowledge retrieval, guided resolutions) while instrumenting metrics for reliability, adoption, and business impact.

This position is part of the Global Services team, and will be remote in the US or Europe.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Design & develop Agentforce patterns (prompts, tools/actions, flows) on Salesforce to support service scenarios (case deflection, entitlement checks, escalation routing, field-service guidance)

  • Integrate agents with Service Cloud data models (Cases, Knowledge, Entitlements), OM/CPQ objects, and external services via Platform Events, Apex, and Flow

  • Harden agents for scale: guardrails, data access policies, evaluation harnesses, fallback behaviors, observability (dashboards/telemetry)

  • Partner with product owners to translate service playbooks into agent capabilities; run experiments and A/B tests; document best practices

  • Ship iteratively using DevOps: source control, automated testing, CI/CD, environment strategy (sandboxes), and release management

  • Measure outcomes: adoption, resolution time, deflection rate, agent reliability, and user satisfaction-then improve

Requirements

  • 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL/SOSL)

  • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (community sites, portals) and strong HTML/CSS skills for UI customization

  • Proven delivery on Service Cloud (Cases, Knowledge, Entitlements) and Field Service/ServiceMax integrations or equivalent service platforms

  • Experience building automation/AI-enabled solutions inside Salesforce (Einstein, Prompt Builder, skills/tools/actions, agent flows) or equivalent frameworks

Benefits & conditions

  • Flexible working hours, The compensation range for this role is $125,000 - $145,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
