Job description
As a Solution Designer at Ypto, you'll have a leading role in projects built around Microsoft 365 and related content management solutions. You'll be the link between business stakeholders, project managers, functional analysts, and technical teams-similar to an internal Product Owner. Your goal? Make sure solutions truly meet business needs while staying practical and compliant.
What you'll do
- Lead projects involving M365 and integrations with content management systems.
- Translate business needs into clear functional designs and solution proposals.
- Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact between business and technical teams.
- Prepare solution breakdowns, workload estimations, and project proposals.
- Document solutions for handover and maintenance.
- Manage the application lifecycle (ALM) and interact with M365 Admin Centers.
- Apply security and compliance best practices in everything you do.
- Explore new technologies like GenAI, Agentic AI, Syntex, AI Builder, Enterprise Search, and RAG-experience here is a plus.
Requirements
- At least 4 years working with M365 applications (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Planner, Viva Engage). On-prem SharePoint doesn't count.
- Proven experience in:
- Configuring and customizing M365 and third-party solutions.
- Creating functional designs and governance policies.
- Organizing and facilitating workshops (minimum 2 references).
- Agile practices: sprint meetings, project steering committees (minimum 3 years).
- Familiarity with security and compliance in an M365 context.
- Experience in a large organization (22,000+ employees) or the transport sector is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools mentioned above is a strong advantage.
Your profile
- Fluent in Dutch (C1), with good understanding of French (B1) and English (C1).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, multilingual environment.
