A must-have: * Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Geomatics or similar. * Demonstrable experience in GIS project management. * Advanced knowledge of ESRI technologies, tools such as ArcGIS, QGIS, and geospatial services (WMS, WFS). * Experience in architecture design and development of GIS solutions. * Minimum English level C1 (oral and written). * Leadership, communication and team management skills.
