Job description

FrontEnd Software Engineer with strong React experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable front-end solutions for a variety of digital products. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality, accessible, and performant user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable front-end components using React and .

  • Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces following modern front-end best practices.

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into accessible and high-quality code.

  • Work with component libraries and design systems to ensure consistency across products.

  • Implement and maintain CSS-in-JS solutions for styling and theming.

  • Create, document, and test UI components using Storybook .

  • Ensure applications meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) .

  • Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical discussions, and promote best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, estimate effort, and deliver features on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • 5 years of experience as React Developer.

  • Strong experience with React and modern JavaScript (ES6+) .

  • Hands-on experience with .

  • Experience working with CSS-in-JS solutions.

  • Familiarity with component libraries and/or design systems .

  • Experience using Storybook for component development and documentation.

  • Solid understanding and practical experience implementing accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) .

  • Experience working with Git and collaborative development workflows.

  • English level: Advanced / Fluent (spoken and written).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile environment.

Nice-to-have:

o AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows. o Experience with performance optimization and front-end testing frameworks. o Exposure to backend technologies or APIs (REST/GraphQL). o Experience working in product-driven or multi-product environments.
