Job description

Requirements

Strong understanding of agile delivery, engineering practices, and product lifecycle management * Hands-on experience with APIs, integration platforms, cloud services, and CI/CD pipelines * Experience working with event-driven architectures, data modelling, or backend integration platforms * Ability to structure and prioritise backlogs to deliver measurable value and technical outcomes * Ability to manage technical debt and legacy system constraints while enabling platform evolution * Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly communication * Strong requirements analysis skills, including capturing business needs, mapping processes, and defining acceptance criteria * Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance requirements for customer and booking data * Experience creating and managing user stories, functional/non-functional requirements, and BA artefacts to support delivery * Experience within airline, travel
