Network Engineer Expert Madrid, Spain | International environment Language: English (mandatory) Role overview We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer Expert to join the Network Operations teams supporting AXA Group at international level. The role is highly operational and hands-on, focused on network monitoring, production support and advanced troubleshooting in large enterprise environments. Responsibilities * Operate, maintain and monitor network platforms * Provide production support and ensure service stability * Perform network data analysis, trend analysis and root cause investigation * Support incident and problem resolution in collaboration with central and local teams * Document network changes and operational activities * Contribute to service quality, governance and operational processes Required experience & skills * Strong experience in network operations and monitoring * Hands-on expertise with monitoring and analysis tools such as: Zabbix, NetScout, Grafana, Spectrum * Excellent troubleshooting skills in complex network environments * Experience working with large-scale networks * Fluent English (daily working language) Nice to have * Background in Telecommunications, Computer Science or similar * Knowledge of network and security technologies and protocols * Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP or equivalent * Experience in enterprise or international IT environments
