Job description

The following types of responsibilities are envisioned:

  • SW Architecture
  • Development of software for Navigation Satellite purposes
  • Development of support tools for SW qualification
  • SW specification, design, development and validation

Requirements

Required: a recognized degree in engineering (computer science, telecommunication, electrical, aerospace, or similar), physics or mathematics Professional Experience: Different levels of professional experience in the domains relevant to the post will be considered Technical Requirements: The following skills are required for the post:

  • Demonstrated programming skills in C/C++

  • Good knowledge of LINUX/UNIX programming environment.

  • Knowledge of repositories (CVS, GIT, etc.)

  • Software engineering methods and techniques Other skills that will be considered as assets for the post are:

  • Other programming languages: Python

  • Unified Modelling Language

  • Development methodologies (waterfall, iterative, agile-scrum, MBD, etc.)

  • Continuous integration experience Language Skills: Good level of English, spoken as well as written Personal Skills:

  • Capability to integrate in a work within a multidisciplinary team, in a collaborative environment with fixed schedule and inter-dependent relations.

  • Initiative and rigor, commitment, and reliability in the execution of the assigned tasks.
