IT Project Manager

We're looking for an IT Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives within a global eCommerce environment.

This role is key to ensuring timely, high-quality execution of capabilities and solutions that support the company's strategic goals.

You will work at the intersection of technology, business, and operations-leading projects, aligning stakeholders, ensuring governance and compliance, and enabling teams to perform at their best.

? What you'll do

? Lead end-to-end IT projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions within the eCommerce ecosystem.

? Establish and maintain strong governance, communication, and stakeholder management across global teams.

? Drive continuous improvement, promoting a collaborative, value-driven, and facilitative project culture.

? Oversee risk, issue, and dependency management to ensure project stability and predictability.

? Ensure compliance across processes, documentation, and delivery standards.

? Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking.

? Generate metrics and KPIs to monitor progress, capacity, productivity, and quality.

? Coordinate and analyze business needs, supporting internal Requests for Information and project proposals.

? Apply Agile practices such as MVP definition, sprint planning, backlog management, and DOD.

? Work with data to make informed decisions and guide project direction.

? Facilitate communication across diverse teams, ensuring clarity from operational to executive level.

? Proven experience as an IT Project Manager (preferably in eCommerce or digital environments).

? Strong leadership style based on facilitation over authority-team-first mindset.

? Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

? Global mindset, adaptability, and resilience in fast-changing environments.

? Execution-driven profile with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

? Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies (MVP, sprints, backlog, DOD…).

? Experience managing financials, risks, issues, and dependencies.

? Ability to promote continuous improvement across teams and processes.

? Fluent English.

Nice to Have

? Experience in large-scale, international, or matrix-based organizations.

? Background in eCommerce, digital products, or technology delivery environments.

? Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations).

? Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master are a plus.

? Strong change management experience.
