Job description
- Join a centralized Data team supporting multiple eCommerce business areas
- Analyze, model, and transform data into actionable insights to support business decision-making
- Focus on eCommerce performance, marketing, and commercial impact
- Work closely with business stakeholders to define analytics requirements and deliver solutions
- Develop advanced analyses, dashboards, and predictive models to support strategic decisions
- Contribute to the evolution of the team by sharing best practices and improving analytical methods
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for different areas of the business

Requirements
- Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis or Data Science roles, ideally within eCommerce, retail, or digital environments
- Advanced SQL and Power BI skills
- Familiarity with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks
- Knowledge of Python for data analysis and modeling (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn)
- Experience developing analytical and predictive models
- Ability to work with large datasets in cloud-based environments
- Business-oriented mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills, able to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Languages: Native Spanish; fluent in English; Catalan considered a plus
