Principal Data Scientist (AI Solutions) - Aerospace

The role involves leading Data Science efforts, driving the development and production deployment of advanced AI solutions, and providing strong technical leadership to high-performing teams. You will work closely with the Chief AI Scientist and collaborate with international stakeholders. Key Responsibilities * Lead the Data Science team and ensure the quality, robustness, and business relevance of all deliverables. * Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI tools across multiple business domains. * Translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders. * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and business leaders, including international travel when required. * Stay up to date with state-of-the-art AI methodologies

to continuously improve solution effectiveness. Requirements * PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. * 10+ years of experience in Data Science/AI with a proven track record leading impactful projects. * Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, optimisation, and/or generative AI. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders. * Experience in AI governance, quality assurance, and responsible AI practices.
