Join one of the Food industry's largest ERP transformation programs and contribute to delivering the future digital backbone of the Food enterprise at Cargill. The role is within the Digital Technology & Data Team with high exposure across the global Cargill organization.

• Deliver ERP SAP portfolio, including SAP S/4HANA strategic roadmap, on time and within budget, aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Supervise a multi-skilled team performing programming, configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for ERP releases.
• Maintain positive relationships with software vendors and negotiate contracts.
• Align and prioritize ERP SAP portfolio demand with enterprise managers to ensure value delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product owners, and business partners to ensure configurations meet standards and project goals.
• Provide leadership to grow team capabilities and prioritize resources based on business requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience; typically 5+ years.
• Preferred: minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• 3 years of supervisory management experience.
• Five years of experience in ERP (SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA) application solutions.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, scalable, global development environments and transformational ERP initiatives, preferably SAP S/4HANA across multiple process areas.
