The team is structured around key areas like Brand, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing, and we collaborate through cross-functional pods focused on distinct customer segments - from Retailers and Suppliers to Revenue Recovery & Analytics and Core.

As a Campaign and Social Media Specialist, you'll be responsible for the creation and execution of the end-to-end campaign and social media strategy to accelerate customer acquisition and drive measurable business growth in the European region. This role will be key to planning integrated marketing campaigns that drive both engagement and conversion, focusing on the United Kingdom and Ireland. You will have the opportunity to leverage and collaborate with our global team of marketers, including those specializing in branding, design, product, campaigns, web, and social media, to build our success in Europe. The Campaign and Social Media Specialist will work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment, support and develop a wide range of demand generation materials and programs, analyze results and make suggestions for improvements. This role will be joining a friendly team that is motivated by data driven decisions to grow demand generation efforts. The Campaign and Social Media Specialist will help an evolving marketing organization create awareness and engaging content, and drive lead generation.

Your tasks will include:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns utilizing a variety of tactics such as email, automation, social, SEO, ABM, and others
  • Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance to maximize ROI and revenue
  • Collaborate with product marketing, content and organizational leaders to develop plans
  • Work closely with the sales teams and help where necessary in territory campaigns
  • Develop multi-channel campaigns that incorporate lead scoring, behavioral data and activity to engage customers and drive revenue across the UK and Ireland.
  • Build and activate a database to nurture prospects and drive pipeline.
  • Write compelling, conversion focused content with strong call to actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-regional teams to drive operational excellence and consistency., * You will work hybrid - 2-3 days from the office in Breukelen

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 to 3 years of related experience in sales or marketing, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in marketing campaigns
  • Proven project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize both projects and stakeholders
  • Motivated self-starter who can seize opportunities with some direction
  • Must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment and exhibit grace under pressure
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems
  • Experience in SaaS is a plus
  • Experience in Salesforce, Linkedin, SEMrush, WordPress, and Pardot
  • Google Ads certified
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • T-shaped capabilities: broad expertise across marketing
  • Knowledge in the latest trends and best practices around social media, demand capture and generation
