Job description

Site Administrator will be working along side the site manager ensuring site documents/inductions are in place.

The role is to provide administrative project support to the Construction team on day to day operations

  • Organise statutory HSE training programs to ensure the company meets all statutory requirements.
  • Organise any on-site training that may be requested by site management.

Site Administrator duties will include

  • Organise and maintain electronic and physical document files in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure all documents are accurately labelled, stored, and easily retrievable.
  • Manage incoming correspondence and distribute documents to relevant departments promptly.
  • Assist with data entry tasks using programmes such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
  • Support administrative activities including filing, scanning, photocopying, and record keeping.
  • Maintain version control of documents and ensure compliance with document management standards.
  • Liaise with team members to facilitate smooth communication regarding document updates or revisions.
  • Monitor document workflows to ensure deadlines are met and records are up-to-date.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Site administrator role is for approx. 5 months, site hours are 7.30 -4.30 Monday - Friday, may include some weekends., We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and distributing important documents and records across various departments. This role requires excellent administrative skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Requirements

Do you have experience in Typing?, * Proven office experience or administrative background.

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable.
  • Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Previous clerical experience preferred but not essential; training will be provided for specific systems used within the organisation.
