JAVA Developer - JAX RS

My client, a large consultancy, is in need of a JAVA Developer for a 6 month contract opportunity inside IR35 based in Bristol offering 2 days per week remote but requiring 3 days per week on-site.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of writing secure scalable enterprise-grade Go applications, Experience of RESTAPIs, containerisation technologies, micro-services architecture, Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently, Excellent analytical, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills, In depth knowledge of best coding practices, code management, agile development practices and continuous delivery, Understand how to performance optimise and fine tune Back End applications to meet demanding NFRs, Experience of JAVA development, Experience with cryptography frameworks in go and JAVA, Experience with SQL databases, Experience and/or Interest in application security and/or mobile app security and Experience with cloud environments including DevOps functions and pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have Preferred experience with GCP Containerized APIs ( Cloud agnostic ) with Development & deployment. Location Bristol, UK
