We are Looking for Technical support lead with 10 years Application support in Telecom domain Based in London, UK(onsite)
Skills:
GIS- ArcGIS, Hexagon, Hexagon Geospatial Portal, Oracle Spatial database, .Net
10 years experience in Application support/maintenance in Telecom domain
Good understanding of ITIL process & Experience of leading a team
Good knowledge of GCOOMS, ArcGIS, GCP and Kubernetes
Good understanding of Java and willing to learn new technologies.
Hands-on Experience in Unix/Linux Operating System & Shell Scripting, SQL, PL/SQL
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, communication Skill
Understanding and L2, L3 operations experience of relevant domain (OSS, B2B, Wholesale, Corporate)
Root cause analysis and problem management for recurring issues
Create work arounds which can be applied by junior team members
Perform Change management, Planning, Coordination and deployment in pre-prod, prod environments
Responsible for CSIP, Automation of manual jobs/activities
Analyze vulnerabilities and progress vulnerability fixes
Perform capacity management activities
Perform Disaster Recovery activities, failover testing
Create SOP for L1, L2 junior resources Location london, UK
