Job description
As part of the launch of a strategic project to implement an Identity & Access Governance (IAG) solution, the company is seeking a Functional Analyst specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with proven experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (version 8.4 or equivalent). The consultant will be involved in all project phases, from functional scoping to go-live, working closely with business, technical, and security teams.
Following the deployment of the MVP1 (Minimum Viable Product), the Functional Analyst will remain actively involved in delivering subsequent MVP iterations and future versions of the IAG solution.
Function description / Main responsibilities
The Functional Analyst will: - Gather and analyze functional requirements from stakeholders (business, security, IT)
- Define and formalize functional specifications for the SailPoint IdentityIQ solution
- Contribute to the design of IAG processes, including: - Identity management
- Account lifecycle (Joiner / Mover / Leaver)
- Access governance
- Entitlement workflows
- Certification campaigns
- Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Collaborate with technical teams for SailPoint IdentityIQ 8.4 configuration and implementation
- Support the integration of target applications (AD, LDAP, business applications, etc.)
- Participate in functional testing strategy and execution (UAT)
- Assist key users and contribute to change management
- Draft functional documentation and user guides
Requirements
Do you have experience in Writing skills?, Do you have a Master's degree?, Dutch: spoken communication skills

Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or equivalent
Required experience
- Substantial experience (minimum 3-5 years) in IAM/IAG
Technical experience - mandatory
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (preferably version 8.x, especially 8.4)
- Familiarity with requirements, specifications, and use case design
- Substantial experience (minimum 3-5 years) in IAM/IAG
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including: - RBAC / ABAC
- Identity and access management
- Governance and compliance
Technical experience - preferable
- Up to 10 years' experience in security technology and processes, particularly Identity & Access Management aspects, Segregation of Duties, and Role Based Access Control
- Knowledge of access user management on different target systems (Windows / Unix / Mainframe)
- Knowledge of Cloud (IaaS / PaaS solutions)
- Knowledge of Information Security standards and frameworks
Business experience - mandatory
