Scrum Master

We are hiring Junior, Medior, and Senior IT Scrum Masters to collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement Agile practices, and ensure the smooth and successful delivery of IT projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and other key Agile meetings.
• Support the Product Owner in refining and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Champion Agile values and principles across the organization.
• Provide coaching and guidance on Agile best practices to teams.
• Remove obstacles and ensure smooth team workflows for effective delivery.
• Monitor team capacity and track project progress to ensure success.

Do you have experience in Scrum?, * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and techniques.

• Experience with Scrum, SAFe, or other Agile frameworks.
• Scrum Master or SAFe certification is beneficial but not required.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Solid understanding of IT systems and processes is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• A valid work permit for Belgium is required.
