Senior Product Owner

• Own and drive product ownership for AI-driven solutions, with a strong focus on conversational bots
• Define, prioritize, and manage product backlogs aligned with customer and user needs
• Work closely with development teams within agile and scaled agile frameworks to deliver value iteratively
• Make clear, timely decisions in a dynamic environment and adapt priorities as needed
• Ensure strong alignment between stakeholders, users, and delivery teams through clear communication
• Coordinate and manage external service providers and partners
• Support collaboration within heterogeneous or newly formed teams and help establish effective ways of working
• Contribute to agile processes and ceremonies, ideally also acting in a Scrum Master-like capacity when needed

Do you have experience in Scrum?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Strong product ownership expertise, ideally in the area of AI and conversational bots

• Solid hands-on experience working with agile frameworks and scaled agility, such as SAFe or Scrum
• Structured, focused, and solution-oriented working style
• High adaptability and strong decision-making skills in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills with a clear customer and user focus
• Experience managing external service providers and collaborating with diverse or newly formed teams
• Scrum Master experience is a strong advantage
• Very good German and English language skills
