As a AI Engineer III you will:

  • Design and implement autonomous multi-agent systems for business problems.
  • Define the roadmap for agentic AI adoption, experimentation, and scaling across the organization
  • I am a partner with product, engineering, and data science teams to embed agentic capabilities into enterprise platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams-Data Science, DevOps, Product, and Client Delivery-to ensure seamless deployment.
  • Ensure responsible AI practices, including transparency, bias mitigation, and compliance
  • Guide junior engineers and advocate for agentic AI across leadership forums and client engagements Optimize and fine-tune NLP models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field or equivalent work
  • Minimum 6 + years of experience in AI architecture, with recent focus on LLMs and autonomous systems.
  • Experience with frameworks like LangChain, Autogen, or custom agent orchestration stacks
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
