Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Coding and scripting proficiency in one or more languages (Python, Perl, C, C++, or Java).
Experience in technical client service or consulting.
Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish to engage with local stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

Solid understanding of production ML system practicalities.
7+ years of hands-on experience with recommendation engines, data pipelines, or distributed machine learning.
Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost).
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, including architectures, ETL/ELT, and analytic environments (e.g., Apache Beam, Hadoop, Spark, Hive).
Relevant experience in technical consulting.
