Job description

  • Develop and maintain Native Android apps for Teufel Audio Products
  • Build new features and continuously improve UI/UX and app Performance
  • Work with Kotlin, Coroutines, Flows and modern Android tooling
  • Contribute to a testable, modular and maintainable codebase
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and solution design
  • Collaborate closely with designers, hardware engineers, and firmware teams
  • Gain exposure to the device side: Bluetooth/BLE, APIs and firmware interactions
  • Work in an agile (Scrum) environment, contributing to planning and refinement

Requirements

Do you have experience in REST?, * Around 2+ years of professional experienceas an Android developer

  • Solid Kotlin knowledge; Jetpack Compose experience or strong motivation to learn
  • Familiarity with reactive programming (Coroutines & Flows)
  • Interest in testing and keeping code reliable over time
  • A structured mindset and good communication & collaboration skills
  • High English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Curiosity, pragmatism, and a strong willingness to learn
  • Examples of your work (apps, GitHub projects, open-source contributions, etc.), * Experience with Bluetooth, audio or streaming technologies
  • Experience defining or working with APIs (REST, RPC or similar)
  • Exposure to CI/CD, automation or build tooling
  • Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform
  • Familiarity with AI coding assistants (e.g. Cursor, GitHub Copilot)
  • Contributions to open-source projects

This position is a full-time position with 40 hours per week and is remunerated with an annual gross salary between €55.000 and 70.000, depending on professional experience and qualifications.
