As an Integrated Planning IT Team Lead, you are responsible for the IT landscape, architecture, and tools that enable end-to-end Integrated Business Planning (IBP) across the company. You lead a team of IT specialists and consultants, design and implement planning solutions (based on the o9 planning platform), and ensure that demand, supply, and financial planning processes are fully supported by robust, scalable, and high-quality IT platforms. A special focus is on seamlessly connecting the planning solutions to central IT systems such as our SAP and PLM systems. You work closely with Business Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Merchandising, and Sales to translate business requirements into IT solutions and to continuously evolve the integrated planning ecosystem.
What you can expect:
- Own and further develop the IT landscape for Integrated Planning (IBP / S&OP), including system architecture, interfaces, and data models.
- Lead and develop an IT team (internal and external) focused on planning solutions (e.g. application managers, solution architects, technical consultants), including a nearshore team in Portugal.
- Translate business requirements from Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Finance, and other stakeholders into IT concepts, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Implement and continuously enhance planning solutions with the o9 planning platform across finance, demand, product, and supply planning.
- Ensure stable operations of planning systems, including incident and problem management, release and change management, and performance optimization.
- Drive data integration and data quality across ERP, PLM, and our Data Platform.
- Manage IT projects and rollouts in the planning domain, from business case and design through implementation, testing, training, and hypercare.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and other IT domains (e.g. ERP, PLM, Analytics) to ensure a consistent and future-proof architecture.
