Team Lead Software Development

• Leading and motivating a development team of up to 10 employees
• Planning, coordinating, and executing IT projects, including adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Responsibility for maintaining and administering our ticketing system
• Reporting to management and coordinating with other departments

Do you have experience in Leadership?, * In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT operations

• Several years of professional experience in a leadership role is desirable
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for new challenges
