Responsibilities: Shape the future with our customers Present and demonstrate Element Logic's software suite to potential customers, working closely with them to understand their logistical challenges and how our current and future solutions can address their needs. Support the sales team in winning projects across diverse industries by contributing software expertise throughout the solution and pre-sales phases. Define and lead the integration strategy across all project phases, from solution design through execution, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and contractual obligations.
Implement, test, and optimize solutions Analyse, document, and detail customers' warehouse processes, system integrations, and requirements in close collaboration with the customer. Generate and maintain System Specifications and Software Functional Specifications for customer approval, ensuring consistency in interfaces, nomenclature, and alignment with mechanical, controls, and contractual requirements. Lead software installation activities and coordinate related stakeholders to ensure successful system delivery. Plan, execute, and secure comprehensive system testing, including acceptance tests, simulation and emulation tests, and site-wide system testing, with thorough documentation of test strategies, plans, specifications, and results. Ensure the system meets expected throughput and availability targets, including producing system availability weightings and overseeing FEM availability calculations. Provide onsite and online support during start of production, as well as user training on Element Logic's software. Work with existing customers to optimize current solutions by translating operational needs into improved software functionality. Contribute to internal quality assurance and continuous improvement processes.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Bachelor's degree in IT/logistics/engineering. 6+ years of experience in either WMS implementation or optimization. Good understanding of logistics processes. Experience with MS SQL and databases. Good knowledge of Windows (installation, services, networking) IIS, Cloud, Azure. Experience in installing / configuring / testing software systems. Experience of consulting work. Professional language skills in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
