Dynamics Consultant - ES

Do you have experience in Scrum?, * Proven experience designing, configuring, and implementing solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace (CSW) , aligned with product best practices and business requirements.

• Hands-on expertise with Copilot Service Workspace , Channel Integration Framework (CIF) , and Microsoft APM SDK , applying official Microsoft guidelines in real-world implementations.
• Strong development skills in JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus), enabling customization and extension of Dynamics 365 to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into effective Dynamics 365 configurations, ensuring optimal alignment between customer needs and platform capabilities.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) , partnering with cross-functional teams using tools like Jira while maintaining autonomy and ownership of deliverables.
• Strong English communication skills.
