Senior Game Designer

As a Live Ops Game Designer, you will be responsible for the day to day operation and balance of events and new content in the game, handling economy, distribution and coming up with new features and events designed to increase day-to-day stickiness and monetization.

What You'll do:

• Create balancing and timeline documentation of the live ops in the game
• Balance economy and monetization systems in Live Ops
• Follow up with analytics and realtime data to track user progress
• Deploy and monitor A/B tests to continuously improve the game's live ops cycle

Do you have experience in Microsoft Word?, * You are passionate about games and have an intuitive and deep sense for fun

• Excellent communication and team-playing skills
• Great focus and organization, able to take problems one by one and solving them before moving to the next one
• Ability to abstract problems and think in terms of systems, functions and experience
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Extensive knowledge of the mobile gaming market and an extensive background as a gamer (mobile, but also PC, console, tabletop, pen and paper)
• At least 1 full release cycle on mobile free to play as Senior Game Designer
• 5+ years experience in game design, including 2+ years on a live game
• Advanced knowledge of these areas of game design:

• Economy design
• Systems design
• Data analysis

• Excellent written and verbal English skills
