Job description
This role is designed for consulting profiles who want to move from advisory to execution, take end-to-end ownership of transformation initiatives and work close to decision-makers in a complex multinational environment.
You will operate at the crossroads of finance, data, technology and tax, playing a key role in Puig's Tax Digitalization and Finance Transformation agenda (CFIN & SAP S/4HANA), with direct exposure to senior stakeholders and real business impact.

As part of the Corporate Tax team at Headquarters, you will act as a transformation and analytics lead, supporting the design and deployment of the technology strategy for the Tax function at Puig, including data-driven, automated and scalable solutions to enable tax compliance, risk management and strategic decision-making across multiple jurisdictions., * Act as a trusted advisor and execution partner to the Corporate Tax Team for the definition and implementation of the technology strategy for the Tax function at Puig.
- Participate in end-to-end transformation projects, from problem structuring and requirements definition to implementation and stabilization.
- Serve as the interface between Tax, Finance, IT, Automation and external vendors, translating business needs into scalable technology solutions.
- Contribute to the definition and execution of the Tax Technology Roadmap, including prioritization, dependencies and sequencing.
- Implement KPIs, metrics and performance indicators to measure efficiency gains, risk reduction and value creation.
- Support the interim operating model while finance and tax processes transition to the future-state under SAP S/4HANA.
- Identify process inefficiencies and proactively propose pragmatic, sustainable improvements.
- Maintain and evolve existing tax digital solutions, anticipating future needs and challenges.
Requirements
This is not a tax technical role. Tax necessary insight can be learned on the job. We are looking for a consulting-minded professional with strong finance foundations, analytical rigor and the ability to structure problems, manage stakeholders and deliver solutions., * 3-4 years of experience in consulting (Big4, Tier-2 or boutique), with exposure to: Finance transformation Digital finance or analytics projects ERP or data-driven process redesign

Strong understanding of core finance concepts (P&L, Balance Sheet, financial reporting).

Proven track record delivering end-to-end projects, from analysis and design to implementation.

Solid experience with SAP ERP (ECC and/or S/4HANA).

Strong analytical foundations in data, systems and process optimization.

Hands-on familiarity with tools such as: Power BI SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) PowerApps Alteryx Databases and financial models

Exposure to tax processes or tax technology is a plus but not required. Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar.
