As a Business Consultant CRM at GoSoniq (part of BlueGem), you will advise and support our clients in the use of CRM solutions, such as Salesforce and Dynamics CE. You translate business objectives into concrete CRM strategies and support organisations in the optimisation and adoption of the CRM system. You are involved in setting up, optimising and automating sales and service processes on a daily basis. You have close contact with customers and listen carefully to their needs. You translate these into functionalities, thus contributing to a better customer journey. • You have completed an HBO or WO education, in the field of marketing, commercial economics, communication (& multimedia design) or international business

• You have at least one year of experience as a marketing consultant, SEO Consultant, general consultant or similar;
• You have experience with enterprise software such as Salesforce, Dynamics, Hubspot or similar;
• You have proven experience with CRM systems and have supported organisations in effectively managing and optimising these systems;
• It is an advantage if you have knowledge of user research, customer journey mapping or data visualisation);
• You enjoy advising and inspiring customers;
• You are interested in optimising business processes;
• You have full command of the Dutch language and can express yourself well in English;
• You live in the Groningen area. This is what you look for in a job

• Gross salary of €3,000 to €3,300, based on 40 hours, depending on work experience;
