The organization This international trading organization is in the middle of an ambitious digital transformation. In a complex and dynamic market, it is focused on modernizing trading processes and digital services. In doing so, the organization looks beyond a traditional data platform and aims to play a leading role in data-driven working and technological innovation. Within multidisciplinary teams of technical and product-oriented professionals, work is being done on a scalable platform that supports international growth. Your role as an AI Engineer The organization is cloud-first and actively uses AI to automate and improve business processes. Several AI agents have already been successfully developed and put into production. These form the foundation for a broader AI transformation focused on efficiency, scalability, and better support for both internal teams and customers. As an AI Engineer, you work on building, further developing, and operationalizing AI agents. You operate at the intersection of software engineering, LLM technology, and MLOps/LLMOps. You develop intelligent systems that autonomously perform tasks and seamlessly integrate with internal platforms such as CRM, ERP, order, and support environments.

In addition, you actively think along about architecture and scalability. You develop new agents, improve existing solutions, and ensure that AI solutions are reliably and production-ready deployed. You do this within a modern cloud environment with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and best-practice LLMOps principles. In this role, you have a direct influence on how the AI strategy continues to develop.

Do you have experience in Scalability?, Do you have a Master's degree?, · Experience as an AI engineer or data scientist/engineer

· Experience with Python

· Knowledge of AI agents and LLM workflows

· First a one-year contract, followed by a permanent contract

· Salary up to €6,500 + bonus based on 40 hours

· Flexible working hours: 32, 36, or 40 hours per week (4x9 possible)

· Good pension

· 25 days, with the possibility to buy 5 extra days

· Possibility to work from home 2 days

· Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
