As a global leader in Quality Control (QC) materials for In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD), our products and software solutions support laboratories worldwide in delivering reliable and accurate patient results. To expand our team we need an exceptional Software Developer to help shape it.
Your Mission
You will play a key role in developing CueSee® Compare, our innovative web platform that:
"Provides a simple yet powerful way for laboratories to review and compare quality-control data with peers, using advanced statistical analysis and rich visualizations."
CueSee® Compare directly supports clinical laboratories in improving performance, transparency, and trust. You will help take this platform to the next level.
What You'll Be Working On
- Designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable web applications
- Expanding and optimizing CueSee® Compare for global use
- Transforming complex QC datasets into clear statistical insights and visualizations
- Collaborating closely with scientists, engineers, and product specialists
- Actively influencing architecture, performance decisions, and the long-term roadmap
Requirements
We're looking for a highly skilled developer with a passion for meaningful software:
Must-haves
- Full-stack development experience
- Experience building data-driven applications and APIs
- A clean-code mindset with strong attention to quality, reliability, and performance
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
Nice-to-haves
- A degree in Computer Science and at least 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Python, Javascript, and the Django framework
- Exposure to statistical or analytical platforms
- Familiarity with modern data-visualization libraries
- Interest in healthcare and diagnostics
