Endpoint Engineer

We're looking for an Endpoint Engineer to manage, secure, and optimise our end-user devices across their full lifecycle. This role sits at the heart of IT and cyber security, ensuring our endpoints are secure, compliant, and ready for a modern workplace.

What You'll Do

• Manage and secure desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
• Administer endpoint tools such as Intune, SCCM, JAMF, and MDM/MAM
• Configure device policies, encryption, updates, and access controls
• Deploy and maintain endpoint security solutions (EDR, DLP, VPN)
• Ensure compliance with security baselines and standards
• Troubleshoot endpoint performance and security issues
• Support security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management

Do you have experience in macOS?, * Experience in a similar endpoint or device management role

• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management and security tools
• Understanding of networking and security best practices
• Experience working in or alongside cyber security teams

Nice to Have

• Security certifications (Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM, Microsoft)
• Cloud security experience (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS)
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash)
• Knowledge of Zero Trust security models
