Be the first point of call for problems as you are the Subject Matter Expert for all IT related issues Planning and implementing of the sites IT and telephone systems Plan, Implement and Commission any IT related Projects for the business Ensure that all hardware, software and network systems Identifying faults, issues then working the problem to find the solution Checking finished products to ensure compliant with spec before Maintain all documentation including contracts and licenses
Requirements
A proven track record in IT support and administration of IT systems Be fluent with a comprehensive knowledge of Networking principles Be Proficient with experience in cloud platforms Be able to work with file servers, backup solutions and active directory It's expected that you will hold certifications in IT and IT Support
