Job description

This Data Analyst will play a crucial role in analysing business data and providing actionable insights to drive our growth. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for data and analytics to contribute to a relatively young, very fast growing and thriving Group operating in the fitness apparel/fashion industry.

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Collect, process, and clean data from various sources for analysis
  • Analyse business data to identify trends, patterns, actionable insight and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain regular performance reports and dashboards.
  • Respond to commercial queries that need detailed analysis of data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven recommendations.
  • Continuously improve and automate data collection and analysis processes.
  • Research and implement best practices in data analytics and reporting.
  • Assist in training and guiding team members in data-related best practices.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Power BI?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Strong mathematical abilities and analytical skills, ideally a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Very proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Some experience with PowerBI is a plus but not required.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a methodical and logical approach to data analysis
  • Ability to work under pressure, plan tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ethical understanding of data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • A strong desire to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
