What you'll do:

  • Support our business teams with clear and accurate data analysis and reporting
  • Help monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across marketing operations and customer experience
  • Work with the marketing team to set up and maintain campaign reports, helping them understand what's working and where we can improve
  • Explore customer data to find trends and insights that can improve experiences and drive growth
  • Assist in maintaining dashboards and automated reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio (Data Studio), and Looker
  • Create regular reports containing performance metrics for internal teams and partners
  • Work closely with Senior Analysts and other departments to answer business questions using data
  • Help ensure data quality and consistency across our systems
  • Stay up to date with the latest tools and techniques in analytics and share new ideas with the team
  • Document your work clearly so that analyses can be easily replicated and improved over time

Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, * Some hands-on experience with data analysis - either from a previous role, internship, or academic project

  • Basic understanding of SQL or other query languages
  • Confidence working with spreadsheets and data visualisation tools (e.g. Google Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and a logical approach to problem-solving
  • Eagerness to learn from experienced Analysts and take on new challenges
  • Good communication skills - able to explain your findings clearly to non-technical audiences
