DevOps Engineer

In this hands-on position you will:

• Build products and cloud solutions that solve complex customer challenges
• Work across a range of greenfield and brownfield projects
• Apply and follow secure engineering and DevOps practices throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Participate in architectural discussions, design exercises and technical decision-making
• Employ technologies and tooling that underpin modern, automated cloud environments
• Engage with customers and technical teams to shape requirements and solve problems, * Build and deliver secure, resilient cloud infrastructure using AWS
• Implement and maintain automation and deployment pipelines
• Drive best practices in infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform
• Deliver high-quality, scalable cloud solutions with security at the core
• Contribute to continuous improvement, tooling, and DevOps processes
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• This role is ideal for someone with strong AWS experience, solid infrastructure-as-code skills, and the ability to combine engineering excellence with practical business outcomes., * Proven experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) in production environments
• Hands-on expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Go, JavaScript or similar)
• Comfortable participating in architectural design and problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical discussions
• UK National with eligibility for MOD eDV security clearance (sponsorship available)

Desirable Skills

• AWS certifications (Associate or Professional level)
• Experience working in high-security or regulated environments
• Familiarity with DevOps tooling (CI/CD, version control, monitoring and logging)
