Job description
You will become an integral part of our existing team, creating apps and designing new features to be incorporated into our existing codebase. These apps are frequently used by more than half a million monthly visitors, with the aim to double this in the near future.
Performance is important, so the apps built are periodically reviewed to see if any improvements can be made, along with fixing any issues that might have been discovered in testing and user feedback.
Our existing app developers will be able to assist and support you, providing the opportunity to self-motivate and take ownership of your projects.
Requirements
Do you have experience in iOS development?, For the role of iOS Developer, the following skills are required:
- Experience with iOS development in Swift (RxSwift and CocoaPods advantageous)
- Familiarity with UIKit (Storyboard skills and SwiftUI advantageous)
- Experience using APIs
- A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work
- A good communicator, confident enough to ask questions when required to get the job done
- Ability to work well within a team
- Good written and spoken English
- Experience in other languages and IDEs advantageous, particularly Kotlin/Android
Benefits & conditions
You will be working 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) and will receive:
- £30,000 to £50,000 per annum depending on skills and experience
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
- 1 additional day of annual leave for each full year of service, up to an additional 5 days
