Information Technology Field Engineer

As an IT Field Engineer, you'll spend your time onsite with clients, delivering expert support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions. The rest of your time will be spent at our head office, collaborating with the team on projects, remote support, and system management. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both face-to-face interaction and technical problem-solving.

1. At least 2 years of industry experience
2. Strong knowledge of Server Hardware & Microsoft Server OS
3. Experience in onsite and remote Desktop Support
4. Basic understanding of DNS and Web Hosting
5. Familiarity with Firewalls, WiFi, and router configuration
6. A full UK driving licence
7. Experience with MSP tools and remote support solutions

Experience with any of the following would be a bonus:

1. Structured cabling
2. VoIP solutions
3. Layer 3 switching & VLAN configuration
4. MCP or equivalent certifications, An HND or equivalent in an IT-related discipline is essential, along with a solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking technologies.
