Job description
- Deliver exceptional support and solutions for clients IT issues, both in remote settings and through on-site visits.
- Exhibit expertise in managing Microsoft Windows environment, IT Hardware and Networking technologies.
- Act as the primary contact for customer support via phone, email, or helpdesk tickets.
- Consistently provide a friendly, efficient, and effective service experience to our clients.
- Offer remote troubleshooting support and conduct maintenance callouts.
- Execute on-site installations and site surveys.
- Be available for at least one Saturday per month for potential callouts or installations.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Excellent communication skills and the ability to actively listen.
- Good Knowledge in managing Windows desktop operating systems.
- Advanced troubleshooting abilities for technical issues involving IT hardware, software, and network devices.
- Good Understanding of configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows server operating systems.
- Good understanding of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policies, and File / Print Services.
- Working knowledge of computer networking.
- Advanced skills in IT Hardware installation.
- Experience of the Microsoft 365 Platform.
- Familiarity with VoIP telephony.
- Experience in installing and maintaining VoIP equipment.
- Possession of a full UK driving license.
- Must be a UK resident with the right to work in the UK.
Nice to have:
- Experience of Digital X-Ray systems
- Experience of using Microsoft Azure
- Experience of using Datto PSA and RMM
- Experience working either on a Helpdesk or for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) / IT Support Business., * A-Level or equivalent (preferred), * Technical support: 3 years (required)
