BI Analyst

Strong understanding of commercial performance drivers, including revenue, demand, pricing, and customer behaviour.

Working knowledge of how core business functions interact, enabling insight to be interpreted in a broader commercial context.

Understanding of the end-to-end customer journey and its impact on overall performance.

Clear awareness of how insight and reporting support decision-making at different levels of the organisation.

Experience / Education / Qualification

Educated to degree level (or equivalent), ideally in a numerate or analytical discipline.

Some experience working with data, analysis, or reporting (through study, placements, internships, or early career roles).
