Capabilities and skills
Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficient in Power BI to create actionable insights and visual reports from complex data.
SQL: Strong ability to query and manipulate data to support analysis.
Business Insight: Ability to translate data into clear, actionable commercial insights.
Curiosity & Problem-Solving: Proactive in exploring data, identifying patterns, and solving business challenges.

Experience / Education / Qualification
Educated to degree level (or equivalent), ideally in a numerate or analytical discipline.
Some experience working with data, analysis, or reporting (through study, placements, internships, or early career roles).
