The UAT Facilitator and System Trainer plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between system development and end-user adoption. This dual-function position is designed to ensure that newly implemented systems are not only technically sound but also fully embraced by their intended users. This role is responsible for the coordination and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), working closely with business stakeholders to validate that the system meets defined requirements and is ready for deployment. This role manages UAT planning and scheduling, facilitates feedback and defect review sessions, and ensures that user insights are captured, tracked, and addressed to improve system functionality, usability, and overall business readiness. In the capacity of System Trainer, this role focuses on empowering users through targeted training initiatives. Responsibilities include assessing training needs, developing customised learning materials, and delivering engaging training sessions that build user confidence and competence. The System Trainer ensures users are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to effectively utilise the system, thereby maximising return on investment, adoption, and overall operational efficiency.
Requirements

To succeed in this role you will need:
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in coordinating UAT or similar user-focused testing activities.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project environment.
- Adaptability to change priorities and user feedback.
Desirable:
- Excel certification.
- A good understanding of ITIL best practice.
- Knowledge of the hire industry.
