Job description
You'll work closely with SEO specialists and the wider UX team to deliver user-focused, search-friendly design solutions. This is a hands-on role with plenty of opportunity to develop your skills in conversion-led UX design within an SEO environment., * Assist with A/B testing to improve page performance and conversion rates

Review and optimise existing landing pages where there are opportunities for improvement

Contribute to UX audits and on-page recommendations based on performance data
Research & Insight

Carry out competitor analysis to identify UX and design opportunities

Support customer and search-intent research to better understand user behaviour

Use insights and data to inform design decisions and recommendations
Collaboration & Project Ownership

Work closely with SEO specialists to ensure designs support organic performance

Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, managing them through to completion

Communicate design ideas and recommendations clearly to internal teams
Learning & Development

Keep up to date with UX, SEO, and digital design trends

Actively seek feedback and apply learnings to future projects

Requirements
Do you have experience in WordPress?, As a Junior UX Designer within the SEO team, you'll be organised, proactive, and eager to learn. You'll have a strong interest in UX, digital marketing, and how design impacts SEO performance., * Demonstrable interest or experience in UX design

Understanding of UX principles, user behaviour, and conversion-focused design * Awareness of SEO best practices and search intent (or willingness to learn)

Some experience with designs tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite

Adaptable team player with a customer-focused attitude

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Desired Skills:
- Some experience with content management systems (CMS) like Wordpress and Shopify
- Some understanding of coding (HTML5, CSS3)
- Understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar/Clarity, and A/B testing tools.
