Job description
- Design and deliver user-centric solutions: from concept to launch, collaborating closely with account managers and clients.
- Champion conversion optimisation (CRO): Conduct A/B testing, analyse data, and implement strategies to improve conversions and ROI.
- Lead UX projects: Conduct competitor and customer analysis to identify opportunities and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilise data-driven insights: Leverage analytics tools to create effective strategies that align with client business objectives and user needs.
- Mentor and collaborate: Foster a positive and supportive team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Showcase your work: Create case studies and participate in internal and external communications to highlight your achievements.
- Stay up-to-date: Keep informed about the latest UX trends and industry best practices.
- Communicate effectively: Collaborate seamlessly with clients and developers, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
Requirements
Do you have experience in WordPress?, * Proven experience as a UX designer with a passion for creating user-centric experiences.
- A deep understanding of UX best practices and a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent facilitation skills to guide workshops and gather valuable insights.
- A customer-centric approach, combined with a keen understanding of business needs and goals.
- A creative and innovative mindset, always seeking new ways to improve user experiences.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Figma, Google Analytics, Hotjar/Clarity, and A/B testing tools.
