- Built and shipped real products (not just prototypes)
- Experience leading and hiring a technical team
- Strong technical judgment: pragmatic, structured, opinionated on quality
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you move without being asked, communicate early, and own outcomes
If you are Located in Berlin/Potsdam or willing to relocate (hybrid, but we value building together)
Bonus Points
- Agentic / LLM application experience (or strong curiosity + ability to learn fast)
- Marketplace / workflow systems / B2B SaaS experience
- Security & compliance mindset in sensitive domains
