- Design and configure SAP Payroll solutions tailored to each client's specific needs.
- Translate business requirements into efficient processes within SAP Payroll.
- Provide specialized technical and functional consulting in payroll and HR processes.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to optimize end-user adoption of SAP tools.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience working with SAP HCM, specifically Spanish Payroll. Strong technical knowledge, with the ability to perform analysis and debugging of related processes and systems. Must be located in Madrid or the surrounding area, as this position will initially follow a hybrid working model with on-site presence required two days per week.
