Full Stack Developer - Retail Solutions Oliver Wyman is a global leader in management consulting, and we're building a new internal product startup, Retail Solutions, focused on delivering high-impact retail products. We're seeking a Full Stack Developer for our Spanish team (Madrid or Barcelona) with a passion for building analytic tools for merchandising and pricing decisions. Responsibilities * Proactively challenge the status quo and continuously improve processes. * Design and develop complex analytical software using Python, Node.js, and API services. * Build and maintain Docker containerized services and interact with data repositories. * Advocate for users, distilling their needs into product features. * Communicate clearly with stakeholders, negotiate trade-offs, and collaborate cross-functionally. Qualifications & Experience * Strong experience in Python, Node.js, APIs, and Docker containers. * Proficiency with MongoDB and front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).

• Desirable: experience with Databricks, Vue.js. * Retail industry experience in merchandising optimization, category management, promotions, pricing strategies or assortment/range management. * Exposure to a consulting environment is a bonus.
