We're scaling rapidly and need someone to help us maintain and optimize the physical backbone of it all - our server operations hub in Sanlúcar de Barrameda Your Role

We're hiring a DevOps Developer with hands-on experience managing physical server infrastructure. You'll work closely with our CTO and engineering teams to ensure our systems run with maximum reliability, security, and performance - directly from our data hub in Spain. You will:

• Manage and optimize our physical server infrastructure, with additional responsibilities across cloud environments.

• Execute hardware and software upgrades, monitor uptime, and manage system performance

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and backup solutions

• Ensure compliance with internal security and redundancy protocols

Proven experience in DevOps or system administration roles with physical infrastructure

• Strong knowledge of Linux server management, virtualization, Docker, and networking

• Understanding of system security, firewalls, and data backup strategies

• Fluent in English and preferably conversational in Spanish

• Located in or nearby Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Spain - this role is fully on-site Bonus Points

• Familiarity with blockchain environments or secure, high-availability systems

• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)

• Scripting abilities in Bash, Python, or similar
