VEEVA CRM Senior Developer at Panel Sistemas Informaticos Location: remote | Language: English B2 | Travel: limited (up to 20%) Overview Join our team of digital transformation leaders in Life Sciences. As a Veeva CRM Senior Developer, you will lead the end-to-end technical delivery within the Veeva CRM ecosystem for global Pharma and Biotech clients, designing and implementing scalable solutions that enhance commercial effectiveness and regulated communication. Responsibilities * Configure and customize Veeva CRM (Accounts, Call Reporting, CLM, Approved Email, Events Management, Veeva Align). * Develop integrations with external systems (Salesforce, ERP, Data Warehouses, Marketing Automation). * Collaborate with analysts and architects to translate functional requirements into technical specifications. * Execute GxP / 21 CFR Part 11 validations and documentation. * Troubleshoot configuration, performance, and data issues. * Contribute to DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated deployments). Qualifications * Expert in Veeva CRM modules: Call Reporting, CLM, Approved Email, Events Management, Veeva Align, Veeva Network. * Advanced configuration and personalization (objects, workflows, roles, permissions). * Experience with Veeva Data Loader, integrations and mobile optimization. * Strong knowledge of GxP compliance and validation. * Experience in Pharma/Biotech business processes (Commercial, Medical Affairs, Marketing). * Agile methodologies and technical frameworks. * Excellent communication skills with global teams. Nice to Have * Experience with Salesforce CRM and integrations. * Familiarity with middleware (Mulesoft, Boomi, Informatica). * Identity management (SSO, OAuth). * Analytics and reporting (CRM Analytics, Veeva Align dashboards). * Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD.
