Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled LIMS Deployment Specialist to support the rollout, configuration, and optimization of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) across multiple pharmaceutical sites. This role is critical to ensuring data integrity, operational efficiency, and compliance with global GxP standards during system implementation and lifecycle management., * Lead end-to-end deployment of LIMS solutions, from requirements gathering to go-live and hypercare.
- Translate laboratory workflows into system configurations aligned with GxP, ALCOA+, and data integrity principles.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), validation activities, and documentation (URS, FS, DS, IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Support data migration, master data setup, and integration with instruments, ERP, MES, and other digital systems.
- Provide training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support to QC, QA, and IT stakeholders.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to global harmonization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory expectations (EMA, FDA, ANVISA) throughout the deployment lifecycle.
Requirements
Do you have experience in User acceptance testing?, Do you have a Master's degree?, The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with LIMS platforms strong understanding of QC laboratory workflows, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in regulated environments., * Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience in LIMS implementation or administration within pharma or biotech.
- Strong knowledge of QC laboratory processes (microbiology, chemistry, stability, sample management).
- Familiarity with CSV, GAMP 5, and GxP validation frameworks.
- Experience with system integrations and data migration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multicultural environments.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LabWare LIMS.
- Understanding of cloud-based deployments and cybersecurity principles.
- Knowledge of ELN, LES, CDS, or broader digital QC ecosystems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
